Job Description

  • Manage routine HR Operations using latest IT techniques.
  • Design, maintain, and periodically evaluate an effective recruitment process for appropriate selection of staff in terms of quality, organizational fit, and attitude. Conducting preliminary telephonic interview to gather information (understanding candidate’s competencies), scheduling the interview, determining their suitability to match business requirement, shortlisting and arranging final interviews with departmental heads and management for final recommendation.
  • Conduct Psychometric Test; using Microsoft Excel which helps in Interviews, to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions.
  • Responsible for timely preparation of all necessary arrangements to be done for new hires i.e. Generate Email Address. Employee Identity Card, Employee Handbook, Employment Contract, etc.
  • Record, compile, verify and submit time and attendance of all employees to their Department Heads using Biometric Attendance System of all employees in all regions submit fortnightly attendance to departmental heads.
  • Implement and monitor Human Resource Policies, Procedures, and Systems based on the set of strategies to support achievement of business objectives.
  • Provide support to technical personnel in design, development, and implementation of an effective ERP – HR Module (Microsoft Dynamics) accordingly to department needs.
  • Maintain proper documentation to handle external and internal audits and to ensure the implementation of observations in the audit reports.
  • Maintain personnel information of all regions; maintain employees files, handle matters related to the issuance of offer, appointment, contract, termination, confirmation, intimation and warning letters.
  • Maintain an electronic record of Resumes/Curriculum Vitae for future consideration.
  • Conduct Job Analysis to prepare Job Description to describe the duties and responsibilities and Job Specifications for required qualification and experience when required.
  • Participate in the development of Departmental Objectives and Key Performance Indicators on annual basis.
  • Conduct Annual Performance Appraisal on a bi-annual basis. Ensure employee compliance with all performance management processes such as annual performance review process, goal setting, probationary reviews, employee development planning.
