- In-House testing of Oracle Products as a part of learning process, as per assigned by Supervisor.
- Implementation/deployment of Oracle Products or features either individually or as a part of team, as per assigned by Supervisor.
- Post implementation Support and carrying out various database administration activities of Oracle Products including (but not limited to):
- Coordination with client regarding technical support or consultancy of Oracle Products.
- Inter-department coordination regarding technical quires related to Oracle Products.
- In-time completion of other tasks or assignments assigned by Supervisor.
- Conducting of Knowledge Sharing sessions of Oracle Products to clients or junior colleagues, as per assigned by Supervisor.
- Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required.
- Adherence with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct technical Proof of concept (POC) on Oracle products.
- Provide support to TAP customers within Pakistan and Globally where required.
- Agree to travel in any TAP Branch based on technical and support requirement.
- Effective and timely in-house testing and implementation of Oracle Products.
- Effective and timely resolution and post implementation support to client.
- Keep continuous liaison with client for technical support/consultancy.
- In-time completion of other tasks or assignments assigned by Supervisor.
- Effective participation in in house & external training session.
- Timely completion of oracle product certification.
