  • Manage routine HR Operations using latest IT techniques.
  • Design maintain and periodically evaluate an effective recruitment process
  • Record, compile, verify and submit time and attendance.
  • Implement and monitor Human Resource Policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation to handle and external audits.
  • Maintain personal Information of all regions, maintain employee files
  •  Maintaining electronic record of resumes/curriculum Vitae for future consideration
  • Conduct job analysis to prepare Job Description
  • Participate in development of Departmental Objectives and KPIs
