- Managing the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Be actively involved in end-to-end recruitment of IT technical staff.
- Preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Overseeing the health, safety and security of all employees.
- Managing (& developing as required) the employee training and development programs.
- Assist in performance appraisals processes.
- Handling and documenting the disciplinary and grievances issues.

- Making sure the staff data entry in company’s online system is correct and up to date.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in hard form (personnel files) and electronic/ digital formats.
