• Managing the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  •  Be actively involved in end-to-end recruitment of IT technical staff.
  • Preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  •  Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  •  Overseeing the health, safety and security of all employees.
  • Managing (& developing as required) the employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance appraisals processes.
  •  Handling and documenting the disciplinary and grievances issues.
  •  Maintain employee records according to the company policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure HR & legal compliance.
  • Making sure the staff data entry in company’s online system is correct and up to date.
  •  Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in hard form (personnel files) and electronic/ digital formats.
