Responsibilities & Duties

  • Gather and analyze requirements from multiple teams to design, deploy, and support of various enterprise middleware technologies
  • Lead problem resolution and improvement efforts
  • Provide input to project planning, estimation, budget, resource, and technology planning
  • Enhance middleware integration procedures and patterns
  • Provide technology leadership in middleware solutions and messaging systems: TIBCO, and WSO2
  • Escalation point for all technical issues
  • Working closely with team members
  • Ensuring other team members are involved and skilled in technical areas
  • Able to demonstrate high initiatives and ownership of issues
  • Must be able to act as a leader and set the example for other team members

Required Skill Set

  • 2-3 years of experience in creating and maintaining enterprise grade applications including SOA and messaging systems
  • Experience with at least one middleware product e.g. TIBCO BW, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion, WSO2 ESB/EI
  • Programming experience in at least one language preferably Java
  • Familiarity with a scripting language (Python, Bash etc.)
  • Familiarity with a database system
  • Excellent Linux and Windows skills
  • Exceptional oral and written skills
