- Responsible supporting infrastructure technology implementations in Technology Support Services
- Configuring and maintaining Huawei Switches and USG firewalls.
- Configuring and maintaining Huawei IP Phones and IPT Servers.
- Configure VPN, Remote access VPN, Site to Site VPN on Huawei USG Firewall..
- Installing and configuring hardware and different software products as per project requirement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support.
- Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
- Follow proper call log procedure
- Timely/Swift response to supervisor and client.
- To provide/deliver trainings to corporate clients.
- Complete all project documentation in time and submit it to manager.
- Any other duties (Technical/Non-Technical) as assigned by management.
- Must be ready and willing to commit to continuous education, certification and self-improvement.
Skills Required:
- Experience working in Huawei ,Juniper and Cisco Technologies is mandatory
- Huawei + Juniper + Cisco Certifications i.e.
- Routing & Switching Hands-on experience.
