- In-House testing of Oracle Products as a part of the learning process, as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Implementation/deployment of Oracle Products or features either individually or as a part of a team, as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Post-implementation support and carrying out various database administration activities of Oracle Products including (but not limited to):
- Coordination with the client regarding technical support or consultancy of Oracle Products.
- Inter-department coordination regarding technical quires related to Oracle Products.
- In-time completion of other tasks or assignments assigned by Supervisor.
- Conducting Knowledge Sharing sessions of Oracle Products to clients or junior colleagues, as assigned by Supervisor.
- Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct technical Proof of concept (POC) on Oracle products.
- Provide support to TAP customers within Pakistan and Globally where required.
- Agree to travel in any TAP Branch based on technical and support requirements.
- Effective and timely in-house testing and implementation of Oracle Products.
- Effective and timely resolution and post-implementation support to the client.
- Keep continuous liaison with clients for technical support/consultancy.
- In-time completion of other tasks or assignments assigned by Supervisor.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate hands-on experience.
