• Performs presales activities exclusively conveyed to Manager Presales.
  • Prepares configurations based on customer requirement for different Principal products like IBM, Huawei, Lenovo, HDS etc
  • Supports sales team in coordinating with Technical Support Team for defining project scope and timelines
  • Provides facilitation in the sales process and making of Technical/Financial proposals
  • Customer meeting, presentations and technology implementation plan
  • Positioning of specific product against customer business needs, information sharing of selected product with customer
  • Understanding of customer requirement, using different tools and web portal available from the vendors to prepare configurations.
  • Acquire and maintain appropriate skill level by taking web based trainings/exams, ILTs and partner portal that are communicated by higher management time to time
