Motivate team to achieve  sales / revenue target

Influence the known personalities at customer side to  close sales in favor of TAP

Engagements with respective personalities at all principals

Develop good PR in the market to explore business avenues / sales lead

Involve in social gathering to develop PR 

Involve with all principals key people related to understand their working methodology

Achieve project time lines

Maintain customer satisfaction

Ensure deliveries on time

Follow project  plan

Review the progress in all project parameters

Submission of agreed reports 

Coordinate at multiple layers of customers  

To achieve assigned personal & team sales targets.

Project meets agreed targets and success / delivery criteria

Project outputs are delivered to high quality and within agreed timeframe and budget

Positive feedback from customer, clients and users

All projects are aligned with organizational strategies and contribute to achieving company's targets

Compliance with corporate guidelines and standards, and with legislation or other external requirements

Stakeholder analysis and problem solving approaches are used to resolve issues and remove barriers to effective service delivery

Conformance to company’s quality, security and business policies and procedures

Maintaining customer relationship by meetings and listening to their queries

Preparing accurate quotations and proposals

Making analysis of marketing and keeping eye on competitors activities.
