In-House testing of Oracle Products as a part of learning process, as per assigned by Supervisor.
Implementation/deployment of Oracle Products or features either individually or as a part of team, as per assigned by Supervisor.
Post implementation Support and carrying out various database administration activities of Oracle Products including (but not limited to): -
- Oracle Database and Options
- Oracle High Availability products
- Oracle Disaster Recovery products
- Oracle Backup & Recovery products
- Oracle Security products
- Oracle Fusion Middleware products
- Oracle Business Intelligence products
- Oracle Enterprise Management products
- Oracle Applications products
Coordination with client regarding technical support or consultancy of Oracle Products.
Inter-department coordination regarding technical queries related to Oracle Products.
Performing Pre-Sales activities to various clients as per assigned by Supervisor.
In-time completion of other tasks or assignments assigned by Supervisor.
Conducting of Knowledge Sharing sessions of Oracle Products to clients or junior colleagues, as per assigned by Supervisor.
Preparation and completion of Oracle product certifications and other exams, as per assigned by Supervisor.
Helping out junior colleagues with their queries and assignments.Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required.
Adherence with company policies and procedures.
