This role will be responsible for understanding the impact of content and social media activity on overall client strategy, social media standing and other overarching objectives.
1. Understand the impact of online content and social media activity on client's overall strategy, standing and other overarching objectives.
2. Provide insights and recommendations on performance improvements with respect to the client's target environment.
3. Carry out client's social listening focusing on content related to the target environment.
4. Monitor online mentions and conversations around and about the client and its strategies.
