- Responsible for supporting infrastructure technology implementations in Technology Support Services
- Installing and configuring hardware and different software products as per project requirement
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support
- Maintaining software applications, operating systems, and regular maintenance.
- Should complete all required training & certification assigned by a supervisor within the given date.
- Complete all project documentation in time and submit it to the manager
- Complete onsite support tasks as designated Resident Engineer
- Daily system monitoring and software, hardware health checks
- Any other duties as assigned by management
- 24*7 availability to support in house and client infrastructure
