  • Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated.
  • Escalation of problems in a timely manner as per the escalation matrix.

  • Able to make customers feel great about their support experience regardless of the outcome via high level, polished customer and relationship management skills
  • Ensuring security and confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support
  • Sound Knowledge in Solaris 10/11 and Oracle Linux Operating system
  • Proficiency in supporting various Oracle Servers (SPARC/X86 platforms) running Solaris operating system
  • Oracle Virtualization, LDOM & Server Sizing
  • Configuring and Administering Solaris Zones and Containers on SUN Solaris 10/11 OS
  • Patches and Packages administration
  • Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue
  • Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • 24*7 availability to provide support services
  • Any other duties as assigned by management
