- Oracle Weblogic administrators must interface with DBA, SYS administrators the end-user community and they must have college-level communications skills, being able to communicate clearly, both orally and with written communications.
- Installation, configuration, patch and tuning of WebLogic servers.
- Work with the App server DBA and Oracle DBA to resolve application problems.
- High-availability design, configuration, and maintenance, including clustering and load balancing for WebLogic.
- Review proposed changes and test them in a test and QA environment.
- Develop a complete set of Weblogic documentation.
- Weblogic best practices and standards for tested implementation
- Actively participate coordinating any setup activities with the IT team
- Maintain and monitor all patch releases and design various patch installation strategies.
- Daily Weblogic health monitoring and reporting Oracle Weblogic Administrator
Technical Skills:
- Redhat/Oracle Linux or any Linux Certification will be preferred
