- Local team Target IMPAKTT: 250,000Rs.
- Commission 2.5% (on total for each division)
- Incremental Procedure
- On each target scale jump for team minimum upto 25% or average 50% hike in basic
- Team lead will rewarded a Car (level 1) on achievement of goal of 20000$ by a team.
- On early achievement of quarter target their will be a bonuses to team and individuals.
