Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent technical and communication skills.
- Compliance with organizational standards and release policies
- Ability to work independently, flexible, self-motivated and a team player.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The salary range is 150K to 200K and it is negotiable based on experience and skill set.
Requirements:
- Minimum database administration experience of 4+ years
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
- Develop an SQL operating/operational service that applies to all MSSQL databases
- Experience of Installation of service packs
- Installation of cumulative updates (CU). Recommend the correct level based on the database's function, stability and security.
- Have knowledge of Database Security
- Must have experience of setting up an authentication model
- Must have experience of working with Clusters
- Must have experience of working Backup/restore
- Assist developers to create indexes, optimize SQL queries, etc.
- Give recommendations on instances, a number of servers, etc.
- Very high productivity and effective time management in assignments.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills
