A leading US based Healthcare IT Company which provides practice management solutions to doctors, invites suitably experienced applicants for the position of Senior Medical Billing Executive/Manager for its operations based in Lahore.
Job Description:
- Leading team of healthcare front desk management for clients based in U.S.
- Understand, oversee and resolve all medical claims, insurance verification and eligibility.
- Fix rejected claims received from Clearing Houses and prepare them to be resubmitted.
- The follow up on pending claims by calling insurance companies.
- Fix denied claims over the phone on the basis of insurance policies.
- Coordinate with American office staff to get things done in timely manners.
- Defined KPIs as in accordance with best practices and ensure compliance
- Define Strategic goals for Healthcare Operations in order to improve work efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Staff supervision, Hire new staff and train employees on processes and best practices.
- Develop tracking and analysis for medical claims from billing through final resolution.
- Reconcile the billing entered by Billing Dept.
Implement modifiers according to Doctor's billing
