TechNerds Inc., a US-based company, is seeking a digital marketing expert to support the organization with a limitless passion for content-optimization, managing all the digital marketing activities, & exceptional know-how of the changing search engines and trends.
Our working hours are from 12:00 pm-9:00 pm and working days are Monday-Friday, please consider this before applying.
About the Role:
• Responsible for all digital marketing activities including content management, SEO/SEM, online media, graphics, social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing
• Build and manage paid advertising campaigns through You-tube Ads, Google Display & shopping Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Email Marketing, and Amazon Marketing Services.
• Managing and developing social media content calendar and copywriting, including social media captions and website articles.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Build Sales Funnels & optimize them based upon analysis of customer experiences with other multiple KPI's.
• Optimize campaigns through tracking and analysis to shape future decision making.
• Applying search marketing principles to online content to improve search engine ranking.
• Actively research new techniques and trends in digital advertising practices to inform the long-term changes too.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Capable of doing website SEO audits
• Work with Executive Team to plan objectives and execute tasks promptly
About You:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fields
• At Least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, social media, influencer management, and brand management, or other related fields.
• Strong analytics and problems solving skills
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, YouTube Ads, Google Display and Shopping Ads, Facebook & Instagram campaigns, email, social media management.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns
• Excellent communication & content creation skills
• Curious about emerging technologies.
• Hardworking and goal-oriented, with a tireless positive attitude
