TechNerds, a well-established technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team in Lahore. As a Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier talent to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building a high-performing team and can help us achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet our requirements and are a good cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers and negotiating salaries.
- Utilize HR Management Systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Continuously build a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates.
- Develop and execute social media and marketing strategies to promote TechNerds and our job opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of company events to promote our employer brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Officer or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with HR Management Systems.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience, from sourcing to onboarding.
