We are looking for a talented Technical Content Writer who possesses a strong background in IT and software development. The ideal candidate will create clear, engaging, and technically accurate content that supports our products, services, and brand messaging. This role demands the ability to break down complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for a wide range of audiences, while ensuring quality and consistency throughout all materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a variety of technical content including user guides, product documentation, knowledge base articles, whitepapers, and blog posts.
- Simplify complex technical information to make it accessible to both technical and non-technical readers.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to verify the accuracy and clarity of content.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all documentation.
- Edit and update existing materials to reflect new features, updates, and improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in technical writing or content creation within the IT or SaaS sectors.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs.
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance. The salary range offered is Rs 65,000 to Rs 100,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
