Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out work in a module of the employee relationship domain, such as transfer core values, building organizational climate, honor incentives, employee experience, and health and safety management.
  • Transfer core values and building a climate: Strengthen and transfer the company's core values, set a benchmark, guide organizations to build an organizational climate of trust, collaboration, and dedication, and stimulate organizational vitality.
  • Honorary incentives and discipline management: Plan diversified incentives and guide organizations to provide timely incentives based on the battlefield through diversified non-material incentives.
  • Employee care, Health and safety: Promote the development of employee care organizations and prevention mechanisms, support the implementation and closed-loop management of employees' physical and mental health, and support the handling of exceptional incidents.
  • Employee experience and grassroots voice management: Be able to effectively maintain employee relationship from multiple dimensions, identify key moments and requirements of employees' work cycle based on junior-level employee experience, establish communication channels, listen to junior-level voices, and effectively track the implementation.

Experience & Skills Requirement:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR and people management experience is preferred.
  • Have strong interpersonal connection and promotion capabilities, understand business strategies or key work directions, and convert them into HR solution requirements.
  • Strong system thinking ability and logical thinking ability, good sense of teamwork, strong execution ability and communication and coordination ability.
  • Open-minded, optimistic and positive, with strong sense of responsibility, learning ability, and psychological quality.

Professional knowledge requirements:

  • Work background or business background in human resource management.
  • Understand the company's human resource management policies and be familiar with relevant policies and processes.
  • Have strong capabilities in project operation, activity planning, and operation publicity.
