Based in Hyderabad or Bangalore, this role seeks an experienced professional with 8 to 12 years in designing and developing advanced AI agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for building intelligent systems that perceive their environment, make autonomous decisions, and act with minimal human intervention. This position requires a strong technical foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning, along with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure AI solutions support business objectives and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI agents that can learn, adapt, and operate autonomously by creating sophisticated algorithms and models. Manage enterprise orchestration by integrating and coordinating AI agents within existing organizational systems and workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and improving operational efficiency. Establish and enforce governance frameworks to maintain compliance with relevant policies and regulations, safeguarding system integrity and security. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders—to align AI initiatives with organizational priorities and user requirements. Develop and deploy machine learning models that enable AI agents to analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions. Monitor AI agent performance continuously by troubleshooting issues, optimizing functionality, and implementing updates to maintain effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning, demonstrated by a strong track record of designing and implementing AI-driven solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges in AI development and deployment.
