We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruitment Intern (Female) to join our growing recruitment team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle by working closely with experienced recruiters. You will be involved in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various technical roles within the IT industry. This role offers a clear pathway to a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical positions such as software developers, QA engineers, and IT specialists.
- Post job advertisements across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
- Review resumes to ensure candidate qualifications match job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide general support throughout the recruitment process as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for technical roles.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience in technical recruitment or a related area are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
