- Establish and maintain communications and coordination line with the office bearers and Community.
- Organize, store and maintain information collected through primary and secondary sources.
- Relay the information collected from grassroot level to the management team for further processing and vice versa.
- Provide inputs to management teams in devising action plans relevant to specific area.
- Communicate, monitor and follow up the action plans implementation at grass root level.
- Observe the area of focus and notify management regarding the development of any relevant issue, event or occurrence and keep following it regularly through credible sources.
- Keep track record of community members and evaluate their progress.
- Highlight and inform management on any considerable development.
- Keep log of communication response mechanism with the stakeholders, office bearers & members.
- Manage separate Desktop WhatsApp accounts and groups with office bearers and members as source of quick communication.
- Categorize complaints and forward it to line manager for further pursuance.
- Disseminate message to the communities through available mediums.
- Document lesson learnt, success stories, evidences and share it with line manager.
