The role of Business Development Executive will include but not limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Recognizing, succeeding, and securing business opportunities
Co-ordinating with higher management for business proposals.
Getting knowledge about relative products and keeping up to date.
Developing targeted sales strategies
Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibitions, trade shows and conferences
Organizing business generation activities
Providing prompt and professional replies to all customer feedback through Email and Phone.
Answering present and potential client questions and follow-up call questions
Ensuring that relevant departments are made aware of concerns raised by customers so that they may carry out corrective action.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of present and prospect clients
Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
Closing sales and working with client through closing process
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Responsible for reporting of daily operations.
Generating seasonal campaigns and promotions both online and offline
Skills Required:

Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers through Email.

In-depth understanding of company products, services and its position in the industry

Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Understanding of social media marketing and tools
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook is required.
