  • Prepare the Quotation & Responds to any inquiries from the customer.
  • Handling emails, and messages when Sales Team are unavailable,answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
  • Meets monthly goals as provided by management.
  • Makes presentations to management which explain how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that management may have.
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems in a tactful way to ensure client understand issues and is content with  the corrective actions which will be taken to address the same.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  •  Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Contact clients and obtain feedback in reference to the Customer experience in dealing with company , note down feedback and prepare necessary report which are to be submitted to line manager for review before officially sending It to High management.
  • Generate quotes and liase with client in reference to timely submission of documents, quotes, submittal , CRS etc. 
  • Coordinate with Factory team for regular update on order status and record the same in the master file.
  • Provide all necessary support to the sale team in order to ensure sales target are met
  • Improve Customer Experience and elevate satisfaction levels for the same.
  • Cold Call clients upon receipt of project intel in order to ensure the right individuals are contacted within the Clients firm and upon liasing arrange a contact point with the sales team
  • Assist finance whenever required for payment follow ups
