IT/Technical Recruiter Required
Tech Force is seeking a recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and screening to join a team dedicated to our Human Resources Team. As a focused recruiter, you will be involved in managing the complete recruitment cycle and assisting company Managers in identifying top talent for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the hiring manager of different business units to identify hiring needs
- Determine selection criteria for different roles
- Source passive and active candidates through online channels
- Plan interview and selection procedures (screening calls, technical tests, in-person interviews)
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs and strategies for each department
