Responsible to lead the Engineers Team to provide Technical Support to Corporate Customers for Dell, Microsoft, VMWare, Veeam, Linux etc. and to run Warranty process of various Brands and Complain/Support process smoothly.

May work as Pre-Sales in pitching Solutions, Implementation and Deployment including Servers, Storage, Backup, Virtualization and Networking etc.
