JOB TIMINGS: Evening and Night (Office Based)
JOB TYPE: Permanent/ Full-Time
SALARY BRACKET: 50k to 80k (Excluding incentives)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with US and UK based Clients via Chat, Email, and Call and convert them into a customer by using your sales practices/experience and then look after the needful customer support.
- Responsible for taking or canceling orders and obtaining details of customer complaints.
- Process orders, applications, and Forms.
- Follow up with customers and their complaints.
