Techtiz  is a fast-growing technology company having fully established businesses in the USA, Canada,  and Europe. We are aggressively expanding our team and now looking for a Business Development Executive to participate in achieving the business growth targets of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting on business platforms to explore business opportunities, by getting projects / making new clients for the company.
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages * Track metrics to ensure targets are hit Qualifications
  • Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
  • Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Maintain a very high rating on all online platforms
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s)
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target
  • Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork and  LinkedIn)
  • Generating sales report for CEO & Director Sales Department

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in freelance platforms mentioned above.
  • Must understand basic software development paradigms and terminologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in writing proposals for projects of IT Services, Web & Mobile Application development
  • Must communicate fluently and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Must have experience in professional Email Writing.
  • Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications
  • Should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets
