We're looking for a capable People & Culture executive to help us expand our business. You'll be responsible for management of the resources, their issues and the company policies. Along with this you will be responsible for work strategically to embed strong people practises that are in line with and strengthen our fundamental values.
You will be expected to propagate a customer service mindset while delivering the best employee experience. You will be able to thrive in this fast-paced environment if you’re able to handle multiple things and enjoy getting things done to the highest standards. As the leader, you will also be required to hire and develop the best and build out all functions of the organization as the company grows.
Requirements
• A natural-born builder with experience founding and launching new ventures, as well as experience hiring and developing top talent and leading teams.
• A bachelor's degree (master's degree recommended) and at 1 yearof experience is required.
• Knowledge of all elements of human resources (compensation, recruitment, benefits, training)
• You must have excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication abilities.
• A team player and problem solver with a strong focus on customer service.
