Job Description

  • Develop relationships with new/existing customers via telephone calls, chats and emails.
  • Responding through emails and telephonic inquiries professionally.                               
  • Develop strategies for expanding client portfolio and negotiate on prices and delivery to close your sales with new clients.                      
  • Meet or exceed your monthly sales targets as set by the company.
  • Keep a strong follow-up from your clients making sure that no client is left un-responded
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
