Their work includes:
- Maintain organizational presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Design and develop creative growth strategies
- In Consultation with Designing team, undertake creative and innovative content to promote brand-focused messages
- Work in collaboration with social media team members, including designing team and content creator
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitor and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns with minimum cost and maximum output
- Maintain a proper record of assigned and accomplished task.
- Apprise the management about new developments and suggested improvements /strategy
- Ensure security and safety against hacking/ negative trends
- Observe the rules and policies of the organization
Requirements include:
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO.Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels?
