Responsibilities
- Perform detailed mechanical repairs and regular maintenance on bicycles.
- Diagnose issues related to bicycle components and identify the best course of action.
- Adjust and fine-tune bicycles for optimal performance and safety.
- Inspect bikes to identify wear and tear and recommend parts replacement when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on each bicycle.
- Communicate clearly with customers about the condition of their bicycles and required repairs.
- Stay updated on new tools and bicycle technologies to enhance repair techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all repair tasks.
