Telephone Operator/Receptionist:
- Receive, reply and direct telephone calls & messages to the concern employee.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings.
- Greet visitors.
- Respond to public inquiries.
- Recieve and circulate daily mail.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Managing IOU payments.
- Managing Company maintained Company vehicles' files.
- Filing of papers from filing basket in the respective files & folders.
- Provide high quality maintenance service of fixtures, fittings, office equipments etc.
- Generate monthly stationary requisition form.
- Create a summary of stationary requisition received from employees.
- Monthly canteen/stationary stuff purchase through driver.
- Checking of subordinates uniform and shoes periodically.
- Purchasing of Uniforms for Drivers, Riders & Office Boys.
- Monitoring Security Guards.
- HandlingVisa related matters & Ticket bookings & reservations.
- Ensure that all the utility bills (KESC, SSGC & PTCL) are paid on time before due date.
- Any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
