Job Description

  • As a confidential staff of Administrator, the Manager Admin and Operations will be responsible for the following Tasks: 
  • Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results.
  • Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for department.
  • Implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
  • Monitors and procures needed supplies for offices.
  • Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.

Major Tasks

Skills:

  • To visit the campuses & check the follwoing Tasks
  • Liaison with Admin Officers
  • To Check the Progress of Admin Officers
  • To Check the cleanliness condition of all campuses and HO
  • To Check the stand by Generators of all campuse.
  • To Chek the busses and log books of all campuses
  • To Check the Secuirty Condtions of All Campses and HO and supervision of Security Staff.
  • To arrange the meetings/events
  • Assisting Head Of school & Administrator in interacting with the Print / Electronic Media, Government and non-Government organizations for the projection of the noble mission of TEDDS.

Liaison with:

  • Head Office Staff and personnel of other branches of “The Trust School”.
  • Visitors / Parents
  • Personnel of BISE / Education Department, Government Departments and civil organization etc.
  • Ensuring security of information, material and personnel (students and staff) in the network.
  • Project management
