Azah is a kids wear brand for 2 to 15 years old. We aim to offer a creative approach towards the kids day to day and occasional wear using premium fabrics. Bringing together fashion and ease for kids under one roof we deal in print, embroideries and pret exclusive for kids and teens only.
Job Overview: Production manager ensure that manufacturing process run reliably and efficiently. He is responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling the production.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Forecasting the requirements of the production in order to achieve the production target.
- Making most efficient utilization of the available sources for production.
- Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with required quality standard.
- Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
- Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
- Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment
- Coordinate all departments for smooth Garments manufacturing
- Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting best possible output and giving direction in floor.
- Setup sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.
- Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing Production.
- Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
- Ensure complete task to make finished goods from raw materials.
- Achieve maximum production by the lowest cost
- Communicate with top management directly when need in any issues of his garments.
- Coordination with Store manager.
Experience: 3 TO 5 years in the garment industry (Teens and kids clothing) / Apparel Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-time
Timings: 10am to 6pm Regular
10am-12pm overtime
