• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide support to Client related to upstream and downstream module.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, 
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Using the natural language to develop requirement specification.
  • Documentation for different aspects of upstream and downstream modules i.e. user guides, functional scope document, software requirement specification etc.
