Acts as the contact point for employees’ requests regarding their rights and obligations
Maintains personnel files and updates their records according to policy and legal requirements
Maintain high quality and timely coordination of various workflows to achieve business milestones.
Monitors employees' payroll related data (hiring, termination, sickness, maternity leave, unpaid leave, tax withholding, insurance contribution etc.) and submits the annual and monthly employer’s obligations to local authorities
Comply with organizational procedures and legislative requirements
Implements the termination process (voluntary leave, dismissal, retirement, end of contracts etc.) and maintain all relevant documentation.
Excellent knowledge of labor law.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Maintain recruitment-related documentation and records.
Assist in performance management processes

Qualification and requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (preferably Human Resources).
Minimum 2 to 3 Yrs. of relevant experience.
Experience in data reporting and analysis tools (e.g. MS Office).
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work on-site in US shift-timings.
Strong ethics and reliability
Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Great active listening skills
Candidate must be punctual in order to meet the deadlines
Nice to have: HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
