Tekxs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of experience in truck dispatching or logistics operations, with a strong focus on route planning, fleet management, and efficient communication. This role requires managing drivers, coordinating shipment schedules, and overseeing load booking and dispatch procedures to ensure timely deliveries. Familiarity with Amazon relay operations is a plus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously is essential. Proficiency with dispatch software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets supports effective workflow management.
This position demands a responsible and punctual professional with excellent English speaking and writing skills, as well as problem-solving abilities. The Truck Dispatcher works independently without managing a team but maintains close coordination with drivers and other stakeholders. Availability for night shifts is necessary to meet the demands of round-the-clock logistics operations. Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate efficient routes for trucks to optimize delivery times and fuel usage.

- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities using dispatch software and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate load booking and dispatch procedures in compliance with company standards.
- Monitor fleet status and quickly resolve issues that may impact delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve dispatch processes.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in all scheduled shifts, including night duties.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during dispatch activities.
- Prepare reports and document communication to support operational transparency.
- Apply knowledge of Amazon relay operations when applicable to streamline shipments.
