Tele-Sales Marketing Officer

Al Faiz Builders, a reputable division of Al Faiz Group of Companies located on Jamshed Road, Karachi, is seeking a polite, confident, and articulate female Tele-Sales Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will manage both incoming and outgoing calls, delivering accurate information about the company’s services and projects while maintaining high standards of customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and a professional demeanor to effectively support the sales and marketing team and foster positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring all client interactions are courteous and informative. Provide detailed and accurate information about the company’s services and ongoing projects to prospective and existing clients. Maintain comprehensive records of calls and update client databases regularly to support sales tracking and follow-up activities. Follow up with potential leads and current clients to assist the sales team in closing deals and expanding business opportunities. Forward important calls or messages promptly to the relevant departments to ensure smooth internal communication. Assist the sales and marketing team with client coordination and communication efforts, contributing to overall team success. Uphold excellent customer service standards to build and maintain positive client relationships.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least an intermediate level of education, with a Bachelor’s degree being preferred. A minimum of two years’ experience in tele-marketing or a related role is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, with fluency in Urdu and a basic command of English. The candidate should be confident, courteous, and attentive when handling calls, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Basic computer skills are necessary, including proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Jamshed Road, Karachi, due to the in-person nature of the role. The position offers a competitive starting salary of Rs. 30,000 per month, which will be commensurate with experience, along with commission-based incentives. This is a full-time opportunity that allows the successful candidate to contribute directly to the company’s sales and marketing initiatives while gaining valuable industry experience.
