We are hiring experienced In-Bound Customer Service Agents for our office based in Islamabad(F-11 markaz). We need agents with flawless English speaking & writing skills for inbound customer service work. This includes answering inbound calls, taking orders, responding to inquiries and live chat inquiries as needed. Neutral or British accent is needed.

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

* Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

* Should be target oriented, hard working and punctual

· * 1ST SHIFT: 12 PM-09 PM

    2ND SHIFT:03 PM-12 AM

    3RD SHIFT: 05 PM-02 AM

* Candidate should be flexible to work in rotating shift

* Applicant should preferably have previous Telesales experience in a UK campaign.

* Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
