Job Description:
Telecast Technology is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with R&D and marketing departments, and be responsible for pre-sales and after-sales technical support for customers;
- Write technical documents, answer questions about equipment and system applications, and provide remote or on-site technical services for domestic and foreign customers;
- Debugging, installation, application environment testing, and difficult problem resolution of hardware equipment and software; obtain on-site data through test instruments and protocol analysis software for problem resolution, or feedback to the R&D department for processing.
- Cooperate with the marketing department in the preparation of bidding technical schemes, on-site Q&A and scheme explanations;
- Complete the temporary work tasks assigned by the leaders.
- Understand the principles of various broadband and baseband communication systems; have a certain understanding of digital multimedia transmission systems(broadband digital multimedia transmission systems, network streaming media transmission systems, etc.), be familiar with various audio and video coding and transmission protocols, and be able to carry out basic Troubleshooting, protocol analysis and network optimization;
- Have basic theoretical knowledge of radio frequency processing and transmission systems;
- At least have good English written communication skills, be able to adapt to business trips, have certain pressure resistance and customer relationship coordination skills, strong language expression skills and crisis handling skills.
