Make a Verification calls to Telenor Bank`s credit customers. (Pre and Post)
Verify the data from customer and guarantor with system entries.
Ensure customer queries are timely responded.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Coordination with Field Risk team for probing in the discrepancies noted.
Coordination with DBM/ BM for complaints resolutions and data correction.
Assure that all customer information should be confidential.
Report Field risk supervisor if found any fraudulent activity is suspected.
