We are looking for a UI/UX design Lead to work on our mobile and web apps. You’ll be an end-to-end designer. You will fill whiteboards with ideas and wall upon wall with Post-its, thinking deeply about interactions, user flows, to how the products will organically grow. You will be responsible for Design of mobile application screens, including navigation and workflows .You will drive a holistic design-driven culture that deeply values design, quality, and craftsmanship. You will help your teammates understand that everything we do - from using proper design practices, to creating beautifully designed Apps - speaks to our brand and affects how users view us.
- Understanding the vision of the Telenor Bank Branchless banking and building apps to support it
- Design of mobile application screens, including navigation and workflows
- Work with other designers and product managers to develop compelling design concepts using branding and style guide standards and direction
- Solve design and usability challenges quickly
- Coming up with product design for apps (mobile + webs)
- You will build beautiful interfaces making sure you get pixel-perfect perfection so that our apps stand out in today’s world of rich visual design
- Participating and making bold design decisions and influencing the product experience

· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite applications, Expert in Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Fireworks
· Strong understanding of graphic design and mobile application development and interfaces (Android/IOS platforms)
· Experience with successful design of user interfaces
· Experience with usability testing and the implications for user interaction
· Able to manage time and multiple projects with short turnaround deadlines
· Experience with consumer oriented companies, the personal finance industry or related industries a plus
· Must Have a solid design portfolio
· Passionate about Fintech, retail, fashion, food etc. an influencing user experience through apps
· Knowledge of Android UI & Material design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Exploring UI & visual solutions, creating UX flows, building wireframes in a rapid prototyping model
- Converting designs into slices or artifacts that can be consumed by the developers in an effective manner
- Organizing user testing sessions and incorporate findings into designs
- Being a true advocate for the user and drive the use of consistent UX patterns
