The incumbent is responsible for owning Easypaisa’s online payment platform and driving merchant and consumer experience. Customers acquisition & engagement will be main focal areas of your domain.You will be responsible for creating, owning and maintaining product and infrastructure for online payments and ensure developments and closure of new requirements to increase efficiency of Online Payments.
- Owning the uptake / growth of Easypaisa’s online payment solution. Responsible for P&L of online payments solution & making it as a use case for new mobile account acquisition through USSD and Easypaisa app channel
- Define a comprehensive strategy for online merchant uptake and support
- Finalize contracts, SLA and escalation matrix, as owner of the relationship with tech and digital use case partners, becoming a one window operation for external partners.
- Responsible for expanding merchants portfolio and acquiring potential clients
- Ensuring an X percentage of App users are transacting online , generating high traffic & volumes
- Ensuring best UI/UX of Online Payment Solution & In depth market analysis of online payments in industry
- Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize developments for online payments
- Continuously work with products to improve product mix and use cases in existing clients
- Working closely with Marketing for awareness of product and capitalize it through digital marketing strategy
- Lead your team in close coordination with products and technology to foster sustainable, highly engaging partnerships for digital use cases for wallets customer
- Assigning KAM’s from team on top performing merchants and ensuring business uptake from them
- Deliver a best in class merchant onboarding and integration experience.
