Job Description

This position would be responsible for developing, managing, governing and constantly improving digital analytics domain with respect to the overall brand/digital strategy to help Telenor Microfinance bank optimize marketing spends on various digital platforms and in turn assist to find smart and innovative strategies grow the Easypaisa App and Easypaisa mobile account base.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of the web based advertising tools/concepts and of various platforms Facebook, Google etc.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation in general; understanding of different communication strategies
  • Structured and attention to operational details without losing view of the strategic picture of how the online presence helps the company and what are its business objectives
  • Developing data dashboards and insights
  • Continuously improve online customer and user experience across all digital touch points to improve conversion and ROI via effective placement of brand message/advertisements on the various digital platforms
  • Responsible for the continuous development of the channel through analysis , NPS (Net Promoter Score), Closed Feedback Loop (CFL) and customer surveys
  • Understand and manage the Web channel to manage common success metrics (e.g., conversion, revenue, task completion, customer satisfaction)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs and facilitate the development and rollout of new Web content, features, and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth, products and Segments and information technology to deliver end-to-end experiences (in terms of delivery channels)
  • Build user-centric design processes; lead and participate in customer-based research as applicable
  • Help drive long-term Web strategy by balancing design trends, technology, and customer needs
  • Assist in development of the annual Web strategy and supporting marketing plans (e.g. including consulting with marketing team on traffic generating activities)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and Web site architecture, as you'll be navigating and communicating within both the technical and customer-facing sides of the Web
  • Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviours & Values in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
  • Ensure that a culture of risk and compliance management is implemented, and institute performance measures tied to individual risk and compliance responsibilities.
