Job Description

  • The candidate shall be responsible for building a complete team of resources & implementing Incident & Change Management processes across the IT value chain.
  • The job responsibilities include complete monitoring of the portfolio.
  • This shall include Service Level, System Level & Network.
  • Coordinate the resources of all parties concerned to quickly respond to emergent cases of key partners. Improve the cooperation mechanism and process.
  • Summarize and optimize the on-line/off-line monitoring rules, work closely with the relevant stakeholders to improve the platform’s overall infrastructure performance and capabilities.
  • Identify and summarize partner’s pain points. Propose enhancement to company products and industry solutions engineering team.
  • Manage the technical support service requests. Collaborate with all stakeholders together to quickly resolve customer’s issues and ensure satisfaction toward the support experience received by partners.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures and controls for incident, problem & change management.
  • Manage multiple concurrent cross functional projects
  • Candidate along with the team shall be responsible for working 24x7 onsite & ensuring that escalations of issues are done in a timely manner as per defined SOPs
  • Responsible for effective communication for internal & external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for managing Level 1 complaint handling as well across technology.
  • Responsible for management of audits and processes.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationship with clients and vendors
  • Ability to articulate technical or operational problems or issues into understandable business terms.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills .
  • Enjoy working in fast paced, dynamic environment
