• Assist to monitor, assess, investigate and triage incoming local cases on Integrity Hotline
  • Assist to plan and conduct sensitive and confidential investigations regarding allegations of employee misconduct and other matters as defined by the IA Investigations Unit Manual, Category 1 & 2 Matrix, AFC Charter and TOR.
  • Prepare and deliver timely and informative investigation reports to an agreed quality standard. 
  • Prepare management reports and provide data as requested by line management.
  • Assist to oversee quality control of any local external resources that are involved in investigations.
  • Assist to develop awareness and communication strategy and organize integrity hotline and fraud awareness sessions for all bank employees including CXOs in Home BU
  • Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviours (Be Respectful, Keep Promises, Always Explore and Create Together) in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
