The primarily responsibility is ensure timely AML, CDD and CFT Reporting to SBP/LEAs in order to mitigate risk related provision of information required by adhoc basis from LEAs and SBP.

Responsibilities:

  • To report Cash Transaction Report (CTR) / Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) to Financial Monitoring Unit/SBP for Easy Paisa (OTC)/ Branch banking accounts.
  • Includes coordination internally/externally for resolution of queries/complaints from SBP/LEAs like NAB, FIA, and FBR etc.
  • Involves maintenance of MIS for end to end tracking of queries/complaints from SBP/LEAs.
  • Ensure timely resolution of compliant mark to SBP by Customers.
  • Performed Batch Process of UNSC 1373 lists twice a month.
  • Update the UNSC 1373 lists on Sanction Screening Solution as intimation from SBP and LEAs
  • Reporting to SBP on quarterly/monthly basis for data pertaining to queries/complaints.
  • Half yearly & quarterly reporting of STRs, Asaan Account & Complaints to SBP.
  • Being part of CFT desk to ensure mitigate the risk of TF as per instruction of SBP and FATF.
  • To ascertain management for physical documents and archival of the same.
